Acceptable use
By using Sanchar Setu, businesses agree to send only messages that recipients have opted in to receive, and to comply with applicable messaging regulations, including DLT registration for SMS in India and the WhatsApp Business Policy for template messages.
Account suspension
Sanchar Setu reserves the right to pause or suspend accounts found in violation of platform, network, or regulatory policies while an issue is under review.
Service availability
We aim for high uptime across all channels but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, as delivery also depends on third-party networks (Meta, telecom carriers, RCS providers).
Liability
Sanchar Setu is not liable for message rejections, delays, or account actions taken by third-party networks based on content submitted by clients.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
