What we collect
Sanchar Setu collects only the information needed to deliver business messages on behalf of our clients — such as business details, sender identity information, and message content submitted through our dashboard or API.
How data is used
Data is transmitted to messaging networks (including Meta/WhatsApp, telecom carriers, and RCS providers) solely to complete delivery and to register sender identities such as display names and templates. We do not sell customer or recipient data to third parties.
Client responsibility
Clients using our platform are responsible for obtaining valid consent from their own recipients before sending messages, and for the accuracy of the content they submit.
Data retention
Message logs and delivery reports are retained for as long as needed to provide support and meet regulatory record-keeping requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
